Quality 400w Power Supply

I'm undertaking the process of building a new system for myself, and trying to have a care to acquire the best components I can for my money. I'd like to purchase a good 400 watt power supply, and I was hoping to inquire of the Tom's Hardwareites if anyone knows of a particular model that is worth spending a little extra money on? My gratitude in advance for any assistance.

I have the Enermax 431 W <A HREF="http://www.enermax.com.tw/catalog/EG351P-VE.pdf" target="_new">EG451P-VE</A> and it is very nice. Great connector quality, very quiet, of good construction, and rated highly. The only slight disadvantage is that it puts out virtually no air so I had to add a third case fan, but I suppose this might help its own fans last longer and it certainly makes it whisper quiet (and it is cool even without much air movement)

Yeah, I'd go with Enermax. I believe the 400 Watt version actually has an internal heatsink on it. Did you get the Whisper version? Maybe that is why it didn't move as much air. It should have two fans on it, and it sucks air rght off the top of your CPU which is a plus too.
