Quality, Good-Size monitor for gaming under 150$?

Looking at monitors and I've looked at the Acer G245HQABD, the asus ml228h, and the ASUS VS Series VS238H-P Black 23" 2ms HDMI LED Backlight Widescreen LCD Monitor 250 cd/m2 50,000,000:1. What would be the best choice for a monitor under 150$, mainly looking at the choices I provided?

My vote goes to ASUS VS Series VS238H-P.
Full HD, HDMI, 23" screen, 2ms response time, better contrast ratio, higher pixel pitch & good looks.

Thank you! I'm still learning about pixil pitch and contrast ratio atm but I went with your reccomendation and bought the VS238H-P from newegg. Can't wait to test it out 🙂
