Quality of msi motherboards

Solution
If you get a good MSI mobo, then they are pretty good, but they have poor quality control (QC) so lots of bad ones get out, I and most all builders and IT folks I network with won't touch them because of the QC issues.....Asus, the Rock and GB are the only mobos I build on
I have an MSI board, (I have the same board as you and the same CPU!) and it hasn't given me any problems since when I got it (around January of last year). I upgraded to an FX-8350 from a Phenom II x4 965 BE, and haven't had any problems since then. (I have an aftermarket heatsink)

I bought this MOBO last year around FEB-March 2013....First 3months it run well, smoothly but after problem started to arise first of all When I am switching on my computer by pressing the power buttin on computer case and I can hear the noise of CPU fans lights are blinking but no display in my monitor totally black (blank) No sound is heard from the mobo.......... then I thought that may be motherboard got messed up or there is any problem with my gpu.........I opened it and repaired the motherboard ...thankfully warranty period was there ........The service centre guys repaired it....

I have been using MSI motherboards for the last 8 years and never had any problems.
None of my motherboards ever died either, even the cheaper models.
