Quality of these offers?

Hello everyone I subscribed here after reading lots of good articles from your site.

I'm one step away from buying a new desktop PC and found these offers on Amazon:

I'm looking for a PC which can support browsing, some engineering programs and definitely some gaming too.

Would it be possible to build it my own with your help choosing the best alternatives for each device?

Building your own is generally going to be cheaper, and always better quality. It's pretty easy.

Don't buy from a super-cheap store like that; chances are they'll go out of business and pop up under another name in a year, and then the $5 PSU they put in your PC will go bang and there's nothing you can do to claim the warranty.
