Is there anyway to lower the quality of a stream lower than mobile quality?
Either this be an extension or somewhat?

Is there anyway to lower the quality of a stream lower than mobile quality?
Either this be an extension or somewhat?

The stream quality comes from whatever is streaming it, if that is the lowest option there is, you can't lower it at the computer side.
