Hello, quick question. I found a great deal on an R9 290. And my friend will buy it. (It's the reference card)

Anyway he'll need a new psu for it as the current one is unknown and it's a total of 300w.
So I simply need a good psu for the money. Doesn't have to be gold certified. But enough to handle an r9 290 in combinatin with a i5 4670.

We won't be going crossfire in the future so I bet a 600w will do. Maybe less.

We're not exactly on a budget but it should be around 100$. Or in Swedish, 700kr.

Here are some local shops:

Thanks for your help!

Solution
A good 550 with at least 31 Amps on the 12 volt is plenty sufficient and leaves headroom for OCing it when combined with even a 4670K that's being OCed
DO NOT GET THE REFERENCE CARD!!!!! It has horrible cooling. Get a MSI twin Frozr gaming 290X. Reference card will be extremely hot and will not be very fast at hot temps. I would get something from seasonic like this

I know it has terrible cooling and I understand that it won't stay at it's set clock speed all the time. But it's very cheap. There is also a powercolor r9 280x with non-reference cooling for a little bit cheaper. Basicly the only reason i considered it is because it's around 200$ cheaper right now.

The super nova is to much. Maybe a xfx core edition 650w or evga supernova bronze 750w? They're in the budget range.
