Quantum Break and my chances of playing it

So after seeing the System Requirements of Quantum break, i was kinda unsure whether i should buy it or skip it mostly because of the mammoth system requirements. I just want to know informatively if there is any chance before i go ahead and pre-order/buy the game. So i don't come to regret it later.

My system specs:
CPU: i5-3470 (@3.60 GHz ~ 3.90 GHz in turbo)
GPU: GTX 960 2GB OC Edition
RAM: 12 GB DDR3 @1333MHz
OS: Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)

Officially:
Your GPU and RAM are between minimum and recommended. So that'd be good. Not 60 fps ultra, but it should run.
The CPU . . . is under minimum reqs.

The thing is though, this will also run on the XBone. Your build still beats the pants off that.
System reqs are often conservative, of course.
But I'd defnitely wait till it comes out and benchmarks/player experiences are available.

wait to see how well the port is but most likely you should be able to play it unless the port sucks majorly.

That is what i'm terrified of.
I'm hoping that this one won't be the new Batman Arkham Knight.
