I Recently got a used But great condition Corsair XMS3 4*1 GB DDR3 Memory Module (CMX4GX3M1A1600C9)
My Question is will i lose the dual channel advantage once i fit it? Would it be worth it???

my Config-
Athlon II x4 630
Biostar TA785G3HD
Corsair XMS3 2*2 GB DDR3 Memory Module (CMX4GX3M1A1600C9)

Maybe. But check your board manual first to be sure it will run. If it won't post, carefully remove it and continue using only your matched pair and sell the single stick on craigslist or a hardware forum, such as here or anandtech. Using one or three memory cards will put you in single channel mode, which is about 7% slower than dual channel, but you may not notice the difference except in benchmarks.

No you will not loose the dual channel advantage once you fit it. Your motherboard will have dual channel enabled as long as you fill up the slots correctly. If its worth it depends on the ram speeds. It seems both have the same CAS latency of 9 and clock speeds. I don't think you're going to notice a change at all but if there were any it would probably be best to keep the two modules vs four.

Pic below is from your motherboard manual.
