Don't think so. What are your system specs. ? Mobo, psu, resolution you use, budget.

Hi pentium Ds are sort of outdated now. I'm sure the motherboard you are running supports only DDR2 RAM. So even if you fit a latest graphic card in your system, your RAM and CPU will be bottlenecks in the system performance. Consider upgrading your whole system.
