Quest problem (Imperial Legion)

Hi all,
I've got to find the missionary Jocien Ancois. So far, I've got to the
settlement of that witch-woman Zennammu who is supposed to keep him
captive.
But I cannot find her. Looked in all homes, lower and upper tower (with
levitation) and dungeons. All I found was a sphere centurion who didn't
harm me and a mage who attacked on sight.
Nobody else wants to talk to me (maybe a Redoran Archmaster isn't very
popular with Telvanni...)

A few other things:

Is it possible to advance the Blades rank beyond Operative? The
Ashlanders rank beyond Heartfriend?

You should talk to her - She and he are inside the tent, but he won't go
with you until you've done a task for her.

She's in a tent just a bit southwest of the Erabinemsum camp. It sounds
like you went north instead of following the trail of pages.

She is an ashlander, not telvanni. You are definitely in the wrong
place.
