for 10 - 15 hrs use?

As long as your PSU is at least decent should be no problem.

Most any power supply will push the 750ti and the 750ti is more than enough for that resolution.

The 750ti doesn't pull much more than what a 300w power supply produces. Should be fine as those usally dont even require a pci-e power plug.

Yes a quad, 750, and 4gb is the min. Your system should do fine. If you have a bit to spend a second 4GB stick of RAM should really make it rock solid. Just make sure to get the same kind as before.

1366x768 max is 1600x900 60Hz
for probably 5 - 8hours of use
