Question about 1440p and AA

If i use a 1440p monitor will I have use AA as much like as of now i only really use like 2x AA in most games

You should be fine with no AA, but if you decide you need it then you could go 2X AA. 1080p MSAA 2X looks in between both of those two.

You probably only need to use FXAA or SMAA then.

AA is not needed for 1440p monitors.
