Question Question about a psu noise

So I just bought this new psu the EVGA supernova 750 GT to replace my old psu which was a EVGA 600 watt 80 plus gold non modular and when I replaced my psu I was hoping this random noise would go away and nope my new psu makes the same exact noise too and it’s just random like it sounds like my psu in powering up but it does it in the middle of games sometimes here is a link to the video of my new psu making the same noise my old one did
