Question about a software on my computer

So on my computer (windows 10 pro 64 bit) sometimes when I try to shut it down it will say an app is preventing from shutting down. Well the app is called "glass panel form" or something to that effect. I don't really know what it is and cant find it on my computer or any info when trying to google it.

have you run malwarebytes to see if its possibly malware?

without the exact term it will be difficult to track down.

run a system file checker scan and see if it finds anything:
right click start button
choose command prompt (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter

this scans system files and may fix this behaviour
