Question about a steam Game

My new pc parts are coming on Monday and with the steam sale coming today, even though I am on a mac right now, could I buy a game for windows now, and then install it on my new pc?

yes.
You can install your steam games on as many PCs as you want, but you can only play them on 1 PC at a time.
