Hello everyone,
I just got the Gigabyte R9 290 with the windforce OC edition.
Now I want to install it on my new PC. and I want to first download the latest driver so I will install it fast and simple.
Now I have a question, when I looked for the driver on AMD site I only found something that called "Catalyst", from what I understand this is the name of the AMD drivers. (right?)
And I want to know if this include Mentle and other AMD features? Or i need to download this thing seperade?
Another thing is that I heard that there is a problems very often on AMD drivers and there is some people who recomend to download the drivers directly from the manufactore site, in my case Gigabyte.
Is it right?
And if I will download the driver from Gigabyte site is it include the Mantle and all the features?
Please help me because I just waiting for your answer before install the GPU and I really want to Install it and use it already.
