Question about AMD hybrid Crossfire

I'm building a new gaming rig and I'm wondering, should I go with A10-7800 and R7 370 and CF them or go with Athlon x4 860k and a GTX 960? I'm gaming on 720p and don't plan to go to 1080 any time soon.

I would recommend the Athlon out of the two, possibly with a 380 instead of a 960.

If you are set on getting a discrete graphics card, you would want to forgo an AMD APU.
