Question about AMD's new FM2+ mobos

Hi guys, I followed the advice I was given in my last topic and am getting a FM2+ motherboard tomorrow - GIGABYTE F2A88XM-DS2. I know FM2 CPUs work in FM2+ sockets so today I ordered an Athlon II X4 750k BE for €65 on discount, and I'm very happy about it because it's an amazing price for such a processor. However I'm worried because this CPU has power consumption of 100W and I don't know if my motherboard meets the CPUs power requirements. On the official page of Gigabyte it is mentioned that Athlon processors are compatible with this motherboard but I'm still not sure, so if somebody could clear this up for me I'd appreciate it!
