Question Question about ATX for GPU, Motherboard and Case

Hello.
I am planning to buy new GPU - Gigabyte RTX 3060 Ti.
My motherboard is Micro ATX - H310M PRO-VDH PLUS and my case is Micro ATX MS Industrial Ranger II (very bad one but I will change it in time but not right now)

My question is: Can I put ATX GPU with 3 Fans in Micro ATX Case on Micro ATX Motherboard? I heard that it's possible but I need explanation
This is really good GPU that I found for good price but if I have to change Motherboard and Case right now, it's impossible because I have money for PSU and GPU right now.

ATX is a size format. It isn't a requirement beyond the space inside a case for it to fit. In this situation you need to look at the size parameters of the graphics card and make sure it will fit inside the case you have. Simple.

ATX when applied to a motherboard or case designates how many expansion slots are on the motherboard or are available in a case.

The card is 2 slots wide so you are ok there.
The card is 11.06" long and since your case is some 15" long, the graphics card should fit.
