Hello, looking for some advice.
today I opened up battle.net and hearthstone needed an update.
usually when the game updates, it just updates and that’s it. But today when the update was done, it wanted admin privileges. I said okay because it’s battle.net, however, I started to think about it a little bit later.
I don’t remember hearthstone ever requesting admin privileges before and I started getting a bit paranoid. Was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on why this might of happened.
I don’t run battle.net with admin privileges but I did read on blizzards site that their games require admin privileges for updates. However like I said, it’s never asked for admin before, or at least not that I remember and I’ve been playing hearthstone for quite some time.
