Question about bezel colors.

I'm in store for a new iPhone but I cant decide between space grey and silver, they are both great colors. I'm personally going to be on Reddit and Instagram on the phone, rarely watching videos and playing games. I already have heard that black wont show as much dust as a white bezel but will show more scratches. I'm mainly here for what color bezel is easier on the eyes when consuming content without causing eye strain; does anyone have their own input or some type of scientific data that answers my claim?

Phone colors don't really matter much since it will be in more or less a full body case in most cases. Darker will be better as far as eye strain goes, but really you won't notice much either way.
