[SOLVED] Question about bios locked laptop

I've been looking for a replacement laptop for djing. Mine dire last week and I am having a difficult time find specifics I need.

Locally a store is selling a used Hp 8760 laptop bios locked.

Is this a concern? Would removal of cmos take care of the password? Or is it no big deal? Thank you very much for reading.

We are unable to assist in bypassing the BIOS password.

As long as the laptop works and you never need to get into the bios, not having the password is fine.
