RAM:6 GB
GPU:GTX 750 Ti

Why would you buy a 2K server processor to game on then put a 130 buck video card with it?

The Xeon might be able to keep up in gaming, but the 750Ti is far too weak.

Not exactly what I would call a normal system... But you will have to invest some money into it to get it gaming ready.

Its a server grade processor (not a Xeon like the E3 1231 v3), paired with an entry level graphics card.

If you are planning to run games like GTA V then yes, it requires much higher end hardware.

What two Xeons are they offering you? If they are on the higher end, it may be worth while just to get them to use and add in your own components for the rest.
