Question about buying a gaming pc (first time)

I'm looking to buy a gaming pc and I was wondering if this pc could run GTA V (pc)?

I'm not really interested in playing in ultra settings, but medium is fine for me. I'm also not a hard core gamer by any means. infact the only games I own are The Sims 3 with 5 expansion packs and 2 stuff packs, GTA V for pc ( can't play on my currrent pc) and GTA Vice City.
I would like to own SIms 4 but it won't play on my current pc either. Any info anyone could give me would be awesome! 😀

Also, could any of the parts in the pc listed above be upgraded besides RAM? My current pc's CPU can't be upgraded cause it's soldered onto whatever it's on,lol.

You shouldn't have a problem running GTA V on low/medium setting on that, but I'd suggest looking at some other options. Unless you plan on upgrading the GPU and motherboard in a year or so. Not a bad deal though as a starting PC.

Thanks. That's all I really wanted to know. I'm not really interested in running the grahpics on ultra or anything, I just wanted to play the game with out it lagging or being really slow.
