If the monitor you want has a "No Return" policy, then verify with Provantage that it can still be returned if it is DOA or "defective".
You should ask them how many dead pixels it will take to be considered "defective".
Ultimately, if the return policy seems too unreasonable, then you should simply avoid Provantage. Saving some $$$ is good, but if it causes you to worry, then that savings is not worth it.
