Question about Cases.

Hello, wanted to ask a question.
Basically can those metal things in the case: https://www.aerocool.com.tw/en/chssis/pgs-v/v2x
(scroll down for full case picture) the things where the CD-Rooms, HDD's are stored, can they be removed, without cutting it with a saw etc.. things?

your looking from a side angle the cd roms/HHD/SSDs slot in the holes designed for them.

I know that they are designed for them but i'm asking if i could remove them atleast let's say there is 2 HDD Slots, and i want to remove one of them, can this be done without cutting it ?

if you want to remove bits like you were saying then you would have to cut it.
