Question about clean install on ssd

Ok so I built my gaming computer last year and have windows 8.1 pro installed on the SSD and all my games and most programs on my HDD, when the windows 10 upgrade comes live, I want to fresh install it on my SSD but would my games still work after that?

Should do, when launching your games from your main OS you probably do so through shortcuts is all, where any of the data required to actually run the games is stored on your secondary HDD. All you'll need to do is go to the games location and create new shortcuts.

If you perform an Upgrade instead of a clean-install, then the games and programs will work.
I believe that if you use Steam, those will work.
