Question about Core2Duo overclocking guide

Hello

I'm trying to OC my e6300 (first time OC). I'm following the guide but I can't find a many of the voltage options:

DRAM/DIMM (v/DIMM)
SB Voltage (vICH)

Those are no where to be seen. The other ones seem to be labeled as "Overvoltage"

My Gigabyte BIOS has (after hitting CTRL F1):

System Voltage Control
DDR2 Overvoltage
PCI-E Overvoltage
FSB Overvoltage
(G) MCH Overvoltage
CPU Voltage Control

Don't see any other voltage options.

CPU Clock Frequency is grayed out, as well, but that may be because I haven't finished doing the other settings. Help would be appreciated.

do some more reading and you'd know:

dram/dimm voltage is ddr2 voltage
sb voltage is the chipset voltage which is MCH (i don't know why gigabyte titled it that)

and dude word of advise, don't mess with chipset and (maybe) memory voltage until you maxed out vcore and fsb.

the 3rd option on the MIT menu is CPU Host Clock Control - this needs to be set to Enabled to make CPU Host Frequency changeable

*chuckles* I could read about this stuff forever, if I had the time.

I'm just following the guide. I assume you mean I should increase vcore and fsb more than the guide says and not increase the others.
