Question about CPU cooling

Hello, I have a question!

I'm thinking of buying a "Cooler Master Hyper Tx3 Evo" which would serve as my CPU cooler.
The fan that comes with this cooler is pretty noisy under load, so i'm thinking of replacing that fan with a "noctua NF-A9x14 92mm PWM Fan"

Would this serve me good in terms of cooling and noise levels?
Or is it better to just buy a "Noctua NH-U9B SE2" cooler instead?

I have a mini-itx system, so a wide cooler would block my graphics card. Height is no problem at all.

My setup:
Chassis: Bitfenix prodigy
CPU: i5-4670k
Motherboard: MSI Z87i AC Mini itx
Ram: 8GB low profile 1600mhz
PSU: Corsair cx600
Graphics card: MSI GTX 760 tf
Exhaust rear fan: Noctua NF-P14 FLX 140mm
Intake front fan: Bitfenix spectre 230mm

Thank you very much in advance.

Greetings,
Leon Muizer

for a cpu cooler you want pressure over volume, so if you check your current fans recorded static pressure and compare it to the noctua's you'll get an idea as to whether it could be better from a cooling point of view, then compare the DB readings. BUT be aware that they'll all be measured differently and are not directly comparable, just use them as a guide.
