Question about cpu / ram

Hey guys, I'm after a little bit of a hand with something.
I'm looking at either buffing up my cpu or my ram.
I'm going from a phenom ii x4 945
And I'm looking at going into a piledriver 8320
Or I going to go from 4gb crucial ram,
To 8gb corsair vengeance pro ram at 2400mhz.
What should I do? Can only get one.

I was edging more towards this option is at is, and I've heard good things about the 8320.
I also heard it might give me a nice fps boost in games like arma 3 and such?
Is there any way to find out around about the frame rate differnece between my cpu and the new one?

Get the CPU, the ram won't hold you back too much although it may struggle in some newer games but that CPU will also hold you back, getting the FX 8320 will help you massively.

That's pretty much what I was thinking, is there anyway to know my fps increase?
Also will I need to upgrade my powersupply?
My spec are I my sig.

Your PSU is quite low end. I'd suggest getting something like an XFX 550w

Thanks, I actually asked as I cannot afford a psu with it. And wondered if mine would be ok enough to cope with my rig plus the new cpu.
