Question about Dell UP3214Q

I've seen 2 versions of the Dell UP3214Q 4K monitor on Amazon, one costs less, but the specs are unclear and it said the panel is 'LED-lit'. The true Dell UP3214Q monitor is based on an IGZO panel. I emailed Amazon customer support and they claimed it was a mercury-free LED panel... but the true panel is IGZO, so is this a modified panel? Thanks
