Question about 'Designed for Intel P67 motherboard' and LGA1366 mobos

I am looking for a memory with a 1866 speed. Currently, my local supplier (here in the Philippines) only has this one:

I have read from around the Net that this memory is specifically designed for P67 boards.

My question is, can I put this into my LGA 1366 (Asus P6T SE) motherboard? Since it is DDR3 and at 1.5v is it ok?

According to that, my motherboard supports RAM that are:

6 x DIMM, Max. 24 GB, DDR3 2000(O.C.)*/1866(O.C.)*/1800(O.C.)*/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory

So as long as I overclock, the 1866mhz RAM is ok right?

The reason why I opted to get new RAMs is because I am a heavy multitasker (have 3 screens too) and theres a handful of times I get a LOW MEMORY message in Windows 7.

And yes I am currently using 1333mhz RAMs (Kingston Value Ram 3x2gb at Tri channel) I wanted to get an 1866mhz RAM coz i was planning to overclock my i7 920 D0 to like 4.0ghz.

I guess I will stick to the 1600mhz Vengeance Low Profile mems. If you say that 4.0ghz is obtainable with 1600mhz RAMs then I am ok with it.
