Question about drivers

Hey, so I'm building a PC for the first time. I'm not quite ready to begin installing drivers (still need to get Windows on it), but there is something I'm not sure about that I don't see any online tutorials really go into detail about. So this is my motherboard: https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/B250M-PRO-VD.html (also, my OS is Windows 10, 64-bit)
Most information on drivers seem to imply you'll only need to download one or two of them. Yet, as you can clearly see on that website, my motherboard has a decently long list of drivers. So, what should I do? Should I just download all of them? Some things don't sound like they would be of use to me going by their description, but I'm uncertain if I should just get them anyways for whatever reason.
And the utilities as well. Most of these seem of no use to me, but again, should I grab 'em anyways? I have not checked my CPU's (Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor) drivers, or graphics card's ( Gigabyte Radeon RX 460) drivers, but I sure hope they aren't as confusing!

Solution
Windows downloads the majority of drivers although some maybe out of date. I would also not download from the mobo manufacturer's site for the same reason. Get it directly from the component maker; realtek for audio and lan, intel for management engine although they don't have chipset and you can get that from msi. For my pc, I only downloaded intel rst, gpu driver and wifi on 1 pc because it was going slow. It didn't have separate chipset drivers to download. My other pc I just downloaded the gpu driver as windows got the others. Some people also like to have the lan/wifi in case the default windows one doesn't work.
Yes, all the drivers. The utilities are optional (and often not so good). I haven't looked at your MB website, but typically, you'll need chipset, LAN, Wi-Fi, USB, and Audio as a minimum. Just go with what the MSI website offers.

Going from the top of page with drivers:
Intel VGA driver - optional if you using GPU (which you do)
Realtek HD audio - required
Realtek PCI-E Ethernet - required
Intel optane memory - don't install
Intel serial IO - required
Intel Software Guard Extensions - not required
Intel Management Engine Driver+Microsoft hotfix - required
Intel Chipset Driver - required
As for things under utility tab, they are optional, and most likely not useful.

You should not be confused in this. There's no need of motherboard drivers. Just install Windows and then install AMD drivers from their site, Ethernet driver, Audio driver. And its not recommended to install utilities until you need it.

Hmm, okay, I think I understand a bit better. A lot of the information on drivers can feel very contradictory, because you're told simultaneously to seek them out and download them all, and yet at the same time told not to unless it becomes necessary. I know Windows handles a lot of driver related things on its own at this point, and also has "default" drivers or whatever, but I just worry if Windows will actually do everything right. But I think I'll just grab the "essential" drivers that have already been mentioned, and then just kinda go from there, grabbing additional drivers if something isn't working quite right for whatever reason. Also, I'm just gonna ignore the utilities then, it seems like general consensus is that they are rarely of any use.
