Question about DVI cable

Hi,

I just bought a Dell 22'' 1080p monitor with DVI. I want to buy a DVI cable but there are many with different 'specs.'

My monitor's port is a DVI-D and my GPU's port is Dual Link DVI.


Should I get a DVI-D dual link cable or is there another kind of DVI cable that is better for me?

Dual link is for 120hz monitors only.

Didnt your monitor come with a cable? Most do.

Normal dvi-d would work for 60hz panels.
