Question Question about DVI-D dual link to display port/hdmi adapters for 1440p 144hz

Sorry if this has been answered before awhile back, but I recently purchased the 27' G5 Samsung with just HDMI and DisplayPort inputs. My old GPU 1070 only has a DVI-D Dual link connection, and I'm wondering which adapter, if any, will get me to 1440p 144hz. Thank you in advance for the advice.

Thank you for the direction, looks like I can't get 1440p 144hz with my 1070. Time for an upgrade!
