Question about factory reset of a currently Chinese computer to original US version.

Hey guys, first time asking a question, and it's a somewhat interesting one. I searched online and couldn't come up with a satisfactory answer, I'm hoping someone on here could help.

So I am currently an English teacher at a school in Luoyang, Henan province, China. I recently got a sweet deal on a Dell Venue 11 pro 7139. I talked to the supplier, and he told me that his scored a ton of them from an overstock in the US. To get through customs, they had to change the OS from Windows 8.1 US version to the Chinese version of Windows 10 (it's a reputable supplier, didn't buy it off the street, so I'm inclined to believe him). Hence, it's in Chinese natively, has some features stripped, a bunch of Chinese programs that I don't want and are notoriously difficult to remove, and I'm worried about security.

My question is this: If I do a complete factory reset, will it go back to the original Windows 8.1 that it shipped with, or will I have to do something else? I found the original product key as well using a program. Any way to use that? Any help in this matter and how to advance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
you can download windows 10 directly from Microsoft site , and it will detect the key and will install . The key is stored in the bios.

if you know how to do it , you can wipe out all the SSD with the recovery partitions and make a clean install of windows 10 ... this would free alot of space as well . and you can download the drivers missing from Dell site.
