My friend recently bought a five-pack of RGB fans. He's putting 2 in the front of his case as intake, and 1 in the rear as exhaust.

He also has a Cryorig H7 as his CPU cooler, and is wondering if he should just replace the single existing fan on the cooler with a RGB fan, or put both of the remaining 2 fans on the cooler. If he did put 2 fans on the cooler, then the fan on the left would be right next to the rear exhaust fan. Which approach would be better?

His case is the NZXT H510 if that helps at all.

Solution
Just do an intake fan on the cooler (right side), and keep the other fan as a spare.

The push/pull method really doesnt make much of a difference to temperature, and you end up using more heat to power the second fan so its wasted, keep it too just one at the right side to intake air from the front fans air-flow.

keep same direction from front to back its logical...air come from front and go out on back...on tom fans be install to exhaust air...heat from cpu...that is positive :)
