Solution J J jay32267 Sep 30, 2020 You are actually seeing the refresh rate of the display.....you aren't seeing the gpu frame rate....unless the gpu frame rate is the same or less. So for instance....with a 60 Hz display....you will never see more than 60 fps.....even if your GPU is capable of more.
