Question about Google Chrome load time

Hello everyone

I would like to ask a question and this has been bugging me for a while. And that's the fact that always when I try to load up google chrome it takes longer than what it should take.

For example my dads PC which is worse than my PC however his loads google in approx 4 seconds whilst my google chrome can take up to 10 to 15 seconds to load up which is just strange to me. I tried re-installing google however same thing. Have you guys got any other solutions I could try? Would really appreciate some help.

Do you have plugins? Is hardware acceleration disabled/enabled? Try changing it to the other way

go to settings,>show advanced settings>system then either check or uncheck 'Use hardware acceleration when...'
