Question about GParted.

Long story short, I marked a partition on my only drive as active, and I messed it up in the diagnostic "version" of windows and marked everything as active. Is it possible that from another computer, I download Gparted and put it on a USB and then boot to it on my other computer and fix the partitions from there? So my question is can I boot to GParted?
