Is this distance on all types of graphic cards a standard measurement?

Yes. PCIe slot spacing from the edge of a motherboard is standardized (for all consumer-level boards), regardless of form-factor (ITX, mATX, ATX), so the spacing from the PCIe connector on a GPU and the rear/edge of the motherboard is consistent.
