Question About Graphics Card Upgrade

hello i was wondering about something

first off im gonna start with my comp specs

i5 6600k OC 4.4gz
16gig ddr4 ram
750psu
current graphics card is 1060 6gb

i was thnking about getting this EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SC GAMING ACX 3.0, 8GB GDDR5X, LED, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC) Graphics Card 08G-P4-6183-KR

my question is, is this gonna be and decent upgrade that i will notice in game from my 1060 and is my cpu ok with this combo, so in other word no bottle necking?

Games like BF1 that are CPU intensive, will need an i7 for better performance, unless you game at 4k which it will be GPU intensive.

That being said, your display resolution is more important for your decision of GPU.

As an owner of 1060 and 1070, I can assure you that you will see a big difference as I already see a difference between those 2.
