So I have a question I want to buy a graphics card but have a budget and my friend said this one was a good one?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121472

my computer specs are

Ram: 8GB
graphics card : NVIDIA GeForce 8500 /ATI Radeon HD 2600
CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 840T Processor 2.4 GHz Dual Core Processor

I would love input from anyone and I do have a budget of $100 so yeah want to get the best bang for my buck

This question really belongs in the Graphics Card section. But yes, that card will provide good gaming at 1680x1050 resolution or less. But with no fan(s), the card will need a well-ventilated case to keep its temps down. For $100 bucks, a HD 7750 will provide the same power without the need for a PCIe pwr cable. And gives you later tech. And has a fan.

If this is your board, it has a PCIe X16 slot. That will accept any modern graphic card. The HD 7750 gets all its power from the PCIe slot alone. If you opt for the HD 6770, you will want a good quality PSU that is in the 350-400W range.
