Question about GTX 750 Ti and my PC

The graphics card I want to buy is - GeForce GTX 750 Ti
My motherboard - Asus P7P55-M
PSU - Chieftec Smart 400w, 29a
Processor - QuadCore Intel Core i5-750
Current Graphics - Sapphire Radeon HD 4670
RAM - 4 GB (DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM)
I'd like to know if I will have any problems running 750 Ti with my PC, and can my PSU actually handle everything and how good the performance will be with the new GPU in my configuration.

you will get around 5 % performance drop as your board is pcie 2.0 but except every thing is compatible and the psu can handle the GPU quite well.
