Question about i5 vs i7

Solution
i5-4670k. ~$100 less, only VERY few FPS less... Go with the i5.

An i7 would only be beneficial if you use programs that use hyper-threading, such as editing videos. You can even do this with the i5. The i5-4670k is the best gaming processor overall, even in price/performance ratio. It is a very fast CPU.

Solution
As everyone else said there is no point in getting an I7 since you really won't get much more out of it than you would with an I5. I mean an I7 an I5 with hyperthreading which is a feature games don't make use of. There is no point in spending an extra 100 dollars on something you won't make use of. Save the extra 100 dollars and put it towards something else like a better video card or a sound card.
