Question question about I9 9900k @3.60Hz overheating

Okay I have an intel i9 9900k
an Enermax Aquafusion 240 mm cooling unit
running win10 Pro with 64 gigs ram
An Nvidia RTX 2060
Mobo is An ASRock Z390 PHANTOM GAMING 4S-IB
600 watt PSU
but my issue is I tried playiong Skyrim special edition, Kingdom come deliverance, and even minecraft with all graphics at max and my pc shuts down in like 5-10 minutes of play. And the cpu temp gets up to 115 degree's C. is that Normal? or is something faulty? Idle it sits at around 40 degree's C. I just need to know if thats normal or is something messed up with my System somehow

I do not know if the pump is going full speed. I dont think it uses water, I wasnt the one that put it together, IbuyPower did. so i dont know how to edit. however I do have the fans on the radiator going full bore.

The cpu cooler you listed is a liquid cooler. Find out which fan port the pump is plugged into enter the bios and make sure that fan control is set to 100%.

how do I find out which Fan port it is connected to? any images could help please.

There will be a cable/wire coming from the pump/cpu water block that plugs into a fan port, trace that connection.

its cpu fan 1 and cpufan 2 both are on max, heck I even put all the fans on max and it still did it. can even run call of duty warzone on normal settings without it crashing within 5 minutes

The Idle temp isn't bad, not great but not bad. Has this been happening since you got it or just start recently?
