Question about internet speeds upgrade

i get 30 down / 5 up speeds (actual speeds are 36/6)

I stream and do lots of gaming...

I can get a upgrade of 50 mb / no extra upload for $10

should I do it? or is 30 good enough?

thoughts? opinions?

As long as you have enough bandwidth to do what you want, no reason to upgrade. Then again, $10 isn't that much, assuming there's no gotchas. If you enjoy cheap Steam games, $10/m can be a lot of money. Streaming is only about 5Mb/s, on the high end right now. Still leaves you 25Mb/s. Gaming is about 0.01Mb/s-0.1Mb/s on the high end.

If you have a extra $10/month to throw away and it makes you happy to have the fastest data rate then go ahead and do it . Technically it will likely make no difference.
