Question about LGA 1156 and hyper 212 plus cool master

i have looked every where now if i get the hyper 212 cool master heat sink, do i have to remove the motherboard to install it? or just push it in?

i have askrock extreme 1156

You have to remove the board.

but wow the temps when down alot now, on stock cooler my temps were about 55 idle and 86 on full load, now its only 33 on idle and about 59 on full load, very good cooler.

now at least i have room to overclock.
