I would suggest a GTX 750Ti minimum level graphics card for you. It isn't going to be bottlenecked by your processor, but is going to have enough power to play those games. Plus it will have enough wattage from your current power supply.
Agree, but while that resolution won't matter much to a graphics card, a 1080p and higher can be very taxing on a GPU

im talking about new games such as far cry 4, shadow of mordor, dying light etc..

That is my point all of theses cards are not going to break a sweat at 1080p OR 1280x1024.
I should point out that 1080p is 1920 x 1080 resolution. It is essentially one step from the OP's monitor.
