Question about Micro Centers

Do employees who work in micro centers get paid well? How much discount do they get?

For the past 12 months, I see the same faces at the MicroCenter that I go to. Things must be ok both from an employer as well as employee stand point.

I can't speak on how well they treat people, but I can say as a shopper, I LOVE going there. Online pricing at a brick and mortar, hard to beat that combo.

I know a guy that works at MicroCenter and he's relatively happy with them. It's retail though, and retail always sucks. Hard. But as far as retail jobs go they're alright from what I understand.
